It’s difficult to win friends and influence people positively if you’re engaging in offensive behaviors that set people’s teeth on edge. Often people are unaware of behaviors that cultivate barriers to communication, especially when authority relationships exist. Stop your employees or coworkers are talking behind you back, review the five barriers to communication.
